Scientists have found out that the way our skin balances between its lighter and darker pigments depends on glutathione. Not only does this help lighten skin but you are also adding the essential vitamins your body needs. Vitamin C has also been known to cause a domino effect on other vitamins; while increasing glutathione, it also increases vitamin E in our bodies.
