Miley Cyrus is Changing Her Style for Politics

Miley Cyrus has made a comeback after she decided to do a media blackout since the presidential election. After the pause, Cyrus decided to ditch her kooky nature, one that involved nipple pasties and go for a more down-to-earth and softer look. Her music will also be different that what her fans have seen, leaving behind the crazy fanatics that her album Bangerz knocked out.

During an interview with Billboard, Miley Cyrus spoke out about how she wants to transform her image. She wants to learn how to unite everyone through her music she is about to release.

She had been mentioning that she wants to argue because she values opinions that differ from hers, but she could not do that in an effective way because of the way she was portrayed in the media.

She said, “I don’t think those people are going to listen to me when I’m sitting there in nipple pasties, you know?”

Which demonstrates how politics has a such a strong force on society. It is difficult to come off as serious when our President and VP talk down to people who do not look the way they would like them to. It is unfortunate because expressing yourself can mean that you do not know what you are talking about, in politicians cases.

Cyrus was a huge supporter of Bernie Sanders and Hillary Clinton during the election. She went to great lengths to ensure that people would vote for Hillary and helped campaign at George Mason University in Virginia.

Thousands of girls got together shouting, “I’m with her!” beside Cyrus, who was also busy snapping photos with fans.

Over time, she was able to think about Donald Trump’s win and come to realize that it is a learning experience. Cyrus understands that she likes the way she thinks and she has to respect the way other people think. It is one of her many ways to make a change in the present day.

Miley still would like her clothing choices to reflect in politics. Cyrus knows who she is and where she came from, but she felt as if she was hiding behind her outfit choices.

She said, “I needed some sparkle in my life, to make me able to deal.”

She wanted to switch things up now, conveying that she is not going to conform to fashion trends anymore. Based on Cyrus’s judgment, she feels like fashion is going downhill, not up, which is interesting because it seems like the opposite thing.

She would rather project an underlying message that is in sync with what she is wearing these days. Her style is changing once again, opting for something toned down.

“Radiating love is something that is important to me-hopefully, that is being political.”

Especially after great sushi and a killer moshe cristo.Columbia is giving me the benefit of creatively getting a handle on my goals. Because I love art, more so when I get into a frenzy, this college is a mix of serious and enjoyable experiences. I hope to keep my future like that as well!
