Things we should Bring Back to Dating

Some say that chivalry is dead, while others say that the world of dating has never been better. There are certainly a lot more options when it comes to dating. From online dating to the bar scene, there are many new advances in the dating field. However, there are some things from the olden days that should be brought back to the dating world today.

1. The word “date”

If you’re like most people, you’ve spent hours wondering whether that one guy asked you out on a date when he asked if you wanted to “hang out.” Although usually it’s a sign of romantic interest, it can be hard to determine. Most people are scared of rejection, and declaring that something is a date can open up a greater chance of being hurt. However, by using the word date, a lot of uncertainty and anxiety could be avoided.
