Looks like lemons aren’t meant for just the kitchen. After exfoliating and moisturizing the face at night, apply lemon juice to blemish scars in order to reduce the visibility of the mark. Say goodbye to uneven skin!

2. Dry Nail Polish With Ice Bath

Ever had freshly painted nails ruined because they weren’t quite dry enough to take on the day’s endeavors? It’s the worst! Luckily there’s a way to prevent it. Dipping nails in an ice bath for one minute will leave them dry and durable.

3. Eye Drops For Dry Mascara

It’s never a good thing when mascara dries out before it has been all used up. Don’t worry about making that extra trip to the cosmetics store, though. Adding a drop or two of eye drops into the bottle will soften the mascara right up, making it good as new!

4. Where To Highlight Eyes

Lighter eye colors should be applied directly under the brow bone and on the inner and middle of the eye. This will make the eyes have a nice, natural glow.

5. Make Eyes Look Bigger With White Liner

Big eyes are a big catch. Instead of applying black or brown liner to the bottom of the eye, use a white pencil to make the eyes pop. They’ll appear larger and much more enticing.

6. Heating An Eyelash Curler

Let’s face it, eyelash curlers can be a real pain in the you-know-what. Well, now there’s a trick to make them less of a hassle. Heating the curler for 3-5 seconds with a blow dryer will allow the lashes to curl easier than ever before. Having those long, flirty eyelashes will no longer be a struggle.

7. Makeup Remover For Lipstick

Lipstick is great to go out in, but maybe not so great when it needs to be removed at night. Lipstick doesn’t exactly know its boundaries all the time. Try using a dab of makeup remover when taking off the lip, it will be a much cleaner process.

8. Toothpaste For A Zit

Sounds crazy, but it works! Putting a little squirt of toothpaste on a zit and letting it sit for 15 minutes will speed up the healing process. The toothpaste will actually absorb the oil from the blemish and prevent it from clogging up. How convenient!

9. Shave With Conditioner

Who ever said shaving cream was the best way to shave legs anyway? Using conditioner for this will leave the legs more moisturized and nourished. It can even be more cost effective, depending on what products you use.

10. Freeze Eyeliner

Open the refrigerator – there’s something other than food going in there. Keeping nail polish, eyeliner pencils and lipstick in the refrigerator will help them stay fresh and prevent discoloration.
