Ingredients:

¼ cup almond milk (15 calories)

1 egg (75 calories)

1 banana (105 calories)

4 strawberries (15 calories)

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 pinch of sugar or sugar substitute

Instructions:

Use blender to blend oats, half of the banana, almond milk, an egg and cinnamon. Chop up strawberries and the other half of the banana. Use non-stick pan and coat with spray. Pour a thin layer of batter in the pan—do not use all the batter at once. Once it starts to bubble, flip it. Make the rest of the crepes in the pan. Fill the crepes with the chopped up fruit, roll up and sprinkle some sugar on top. Enjoy!

3. Smoked Salmon Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients:

2 eggs (150 calories)

1 ounce smoked salmon, chopped (50 calories)

2 stalks asparagus, bottoms removed, chop into 1 inch pieces (6 calories)

½ tablespoon fat-free milk (3 calories)

1 tablespoon crumbled goat cheese (20 calories)

2 pinches of salt and black pepper

Instructions: Spray pan with non-stick oil. Add asparagus and cook until tender. Add pinches of salt and pepper. Crack eggs into a bowl and whisk with milk—add to the pan. Before removing, sprinkle in the goat cheese. When eggs are done, remove and add in the salmon.
