3. Eat A Healthy Diet
A nourishing diet doesn’t just affect a few pounds here or there. Sources say that brightly colored foods that are high in vitamins and antioxidants work wonders for the face. In addition, eating foods rich in A, C, B3 and E will give the skin protective power against aging.
4. Limit Facial Expressions
For those people who are highly expressive with their faces, this may come as bad news. Recurring facial expressions actually cause muscles to form lines underneath the skin, which produces permanent wrinkles in those places. If looking younger is of any concern, it’s time to tone down those animated looks.
5. Change Up The Sleeping Positions
