If the weather alters to where it’s 60 degrees one day and literally -20 the next, winter is not over. So don’t break out the shorts and sandals just yet. When the weather forecast has given consistent warm weather for at least 2 weeks straight, that is when you can possibly start packing your Parka in the attic, and storing your Uggs back in the closet.
