Remember Mango, the beloved  exotic dancer  played by Chris Kattan on SNL? Well, Alexander Wang has solicited the character for his “T” by Alexander Wang video. Wang said that he chose Mango because he loved the character, and to work with Chris Kattan was such an honor.
According to Style.com, Alexander went on to say that sometimes fashion becomes too stiff and we to have some Mango to inject some energy.
The video also features a musical component, staring choreographer Sharaya J. This is the second short to feature a beloved comedic character. Wang did a video in 2013 with Angelah Johnson, from MADtv, who reprised her character Bon Qui Qui.
