In some cases, people convince themselves that their attractiveness to a person is more than just the physical aspects. However, there are ways to distinguish if you are only attracted to their appearance and/or sex drive versus the qualities beneath the surface.
You are only attracted to a person’s appearance when you believe they’re only good for is sex. You call them when you are in one of those moods and that is it. The thought of maybe being seen together outside of the bedroom together humors you, and the future pertaining a committed loving relationship is not even close to being on your mind.
Though, when you are attracted to more than a person’s looks, you are drawn to their intellect, goals, and what they can offer not only physically, but mentally and emotionally. You catch yourself beaming at the thought of your future which pertains your partner while living in a cute little house with the 3 kids and a dog. You appreciate the discussions that trigger your mind, and the emotions that brighten your heart. That person’s physical attributes usually just come as a plus.
