Armani to Design Residences in China

Almost everyone acknowledges the astute and well respected Giorgio Armani, but only a select few are aware of Armani’s interior design studio, which plans on debuting its first Chinese luxury residential project in the later half of 2016.

The individual apartments went on sale in 2014, and the stakes couldn’t be higher. The 222 meter high building containing 65 apartments will be situated in the center of China’s Chengdu province and will be named L’Art Residence.

The amenities include a heated rooftop swimming pool, and furnished living spaces dripping with Armani influenced accessories and appliances.

No details on price were mentioned, however Giorgio Armani is engaging on a world like expedition to spread his brand with projects similar to Chengdu’s taking root in Istanbul and Mumbai.
