2. Heat Styling Hair Everyday
Blow drying and straightening hair everyday might give it a temporary boost in appearance, but doing so is actually causing permanent damage. The Huffington Post reported that repetitive heat will dry out those locks, and unless regular oil treatments are performed, the hair is lacking needed vitamins and moisture.
3. Popping Zits
Yes, pimples are unattractive and a huge annoyance, but attempting to pop them will only cause more acne. The bacteria from the hands and fingers will infect the zit itself and cause a plethora of irritation and possible scars.
4. Biting Nails
According to How Stuff Works, biting nails is one of the most common nervous habits – it’s also one of the worst. Having short or raggedy nails is unsightly and makes the person look unhygienic. Bleeding, bacterial infections and warts around the nail bed are a common result of this behavior, and nobody wants that.
If there’s anyone in need of glasses (or sunglasses), get them! Do whatever it takes to prevent squinting. Ignoring the eyes’ needs will only produce wrinkles around the eyes and forehead, which will make one age much quicker.
