Summer is approaching which means one thing: countless days at the beach. Sometimes a beach trip is unplanned and is just a spur of the moment trip between you and your friends. Be prepared for days like that and have a bag pre-packed and keep it in the trunk of your car. There are some necessities that every beach bag must contain:
Beach Towel- Dry off after a dip in the ocean!
Blanket- Set it down so you and your friends can lay down without having to lay on your wet towel or in the sand.
Change of Clothes- No one wants to go home in a wet bathing suit, just in case you decide to go somewhere after the beach, you’re prepared.
Hair Brush- Beach waves and actual beach hair are two different things. Beach waves are cute, but natural beach hair is not as cooperative. Pack a brush.
Bathing Suit- You may not think you want to go in the water, but you may change your mind once you get there.
Flip Flops- No one wants to wear sneakers or heels walking through the sand.
Sunscreen- Protect yourself from the harmful radiation of the sun.
Floppy hat/ visor/ sunglasses- Protect your eyes from the sun!
Re-usable water bottle- It’s important to stay hydrated while spending the day in the heat.
Money- In case you need to pay for parking, food, or drinks on the beach.
