A good snack for the summer is plain yogurt mixed with your favorite berries. There are so many yogurts out there that advertise how good they are for your digestive system, and despite how silly some of the commercials may be, they do work. Although it is a dairy, which is not good for bloating, yogurt has bacteria in it that helps your food digest better which will leave your tummy flat.
