Exercise makes you physically tired, helping you drift off quicker. Walk or bike around more. Book one or two hours for the gym and have a workout session.

Be mindful of the temperature in your room. It goes without saying that it sucks sleeping hot or cold. The best temperature is between 60-65 degrees. Additionally, obtain ear plugs, eye pillows, eye masks, and blackout curtains if such will ease you into sleep.

Submerge in lavender-scented water, warm up a mug of milk, light a candle, turn on a special playlist, and do what you can to relax and prepare for a good night’s sleep. Stay away from caffeine-containing drinks and foods like coffee and chocolate.

Outfit your bed with pillow(s) as well as a Full, Queen, or King comfortable mattress or two and transform your bedroom into a clutter-free, welcoming space with pleasant décor, paint, scents, and favorable lighting. Regularly wash bedding.

Refrain from viewing electronic devices that emit blue light. Or just adjust settings to block blue light. Smartphones have a blue light filter.

Eating too much late at night is detrimental to your body and its sleeping patterns. Neither is this a healthy practice for your weight.
