College is a time for choices. It’s a place where you can express yourself and find your interests. One thing that many college students wonder is whether or not to join a sorority. Sororities have lots of benefits: they give you a sense of belonging, it’s something you can put on your resume, and your sorority sisters will be people you’ll care about and be friends with for the rest of your life. However, sorority life is not for everyone, and that’s completely okay. Here are some benefits of not joining Greek life.
1. Free time

Sororities offer lots of opportunities, but they also take up a lot of your time. Many times, sisters are required to go to events. Sororities have chapter once a week, and the new member recruitment process takes up a lot of time. Of course, any good thing takes up time, but one good thing about not going Greek is the free time you have because of it.
