Get ready, TV Land fans! NBC will be airing a remake of the extremely popular and classic hit, ‘Bewitched!’
Starring Elizabeth Montgomery, Dick York and Agnes Moorehead originally aired on ABC between 1964 to 1972. Samantha Stevens was not your typical housewife. She had a secret. Samantha was a witch! So take in the typical household lifestyle, add in a fantastic nose twitch, a few spells and you have yourself a timeless classic!
This remake will be following a similar pattern, as it will be following Samantha’s granddaughter Daphne, who is in her twenties, single and has similar nose twitching capabilities. According to EW, the same team that worked on the movie adaptation ‘Bewitched’ in 2005 will produce the TV show.
