‘The Big Bang Theory’ Cast is Back at Work

‘The Big Bang Theory’ cast is back in the studio starting today, Wednesday, August 6. Fans were worried about the state of the show considering the controversy and recent news surrounding the cast, who were demanding a pay raise before they continued filming.

According to EW, the cast had signed new contract deals on Tuesday, August 5, and is now ready for work. Studio Warner Bros announced the news, tweeting: “Production on season 8 of The Big Bang Theory will begin Wednesday, August 6, with contract negotiations now having been concluded.”

EW confirmed that the show’s leads, Jim Parsons, Kaley Cuoco and Johnny Galecki, will now be receiving $1 million per episode and more from the backend of the show.

The new season of ‘The Big Bang Theory’ is set to air on September 22.
