Famous TLC ‘Cake Boss’ star Buddy Valastro was arrested early Thursday morning around 1 a.m. in lower Manhattan when NYPD caught him driving erratically.
The Montville NJ native, Valastro, 37, who owns a 2014 yellow corvette, was stopped on 10th avenue between 20th and 32nd streets.
According to ABC News,
“Police say he was unsteady on his feet when he stepped out of the vehicle. They say his face was flushed and his eyes were bloodshot. Police say he failed a Breathalyzer test and was taken into custody.”
This is Valastro only DWI and run in with the law. A family man as well as an accomplished businessman and bakery, Valastro usually has his feet on the high road and such behavior is unlike him. According to further reports, no statement has been released from Carlo’s Bakery or TLC (Mama’s not going to be happy about this one).
