The fashion house has released a new styling app that makes customer service through telephones and email look extremely outdated.

According to Vogue UK, this new application allows their clientele to interact with sales assistants individually. The sales assistants can also offer advice, invite them to exclusive events and users will be able to shop for new items before anyone else.

We do believe there will be incremental growth, but it’s about better servicing the customer. If we do that, there is an incremental effect.”
