Fashion designer, Carolina Herrera, has finally launched her new luxury fragrance with her daughter, Carolina Herrera Baez, in Dubai. The fragrance is named Herrera Confidential.
Last month the pair traveled to Dubai for U.S. Mother’s Day to work on the new fragrance together. The Herrera’s wanted a place to signify the “elegance and luxury” of their fragrance.

“Dubai has a great appreciation for elegance and luxury — where craftsmanship and refinement in fashion or fragrance is understood and coveted, it’s the perfect global destination to launch my most premium fragrance collection,” Carolina Herrera noted to Buro 24/7.
Herrera de Baez acts as the brand’s fragrance creative director and accompanied her mother on the trip to develop a six piece perfume collection. She wanted to make something as unique and sophisticated as her mother’s style.
They have launched this fragrance with the partnership of UAE at an event in the One & Only Royal Mirage ballroom. There were six private rooms, each representing a scent in the collection.
The decor of the event also followed the fragrance’s with macassar wood paneling on the walls along with camellia branches arranged throughout.
The event even featured a sort of “experimental room”, taking guests through the making of each fragrance. Also teaching guests how to mix the fragrances and personalize them with oils.
