There hasn’t been much news on the cast for the second season of ‘True Detective.’ It’s understandable, as the network and producers would want to ensure that this season’s cast to follow up the performances by Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson. Unfortunately HBO has been silent regarding the season’s cast, but Colin Farrell has confirmed his role on the upcoming show. He stated to The Sunday World, “I’m doing the second series. I’m so excited.”
There are rumors flying around as to how will be joining him in the cast and some actors and actresses has been named: Vince Vaughn, Rachel McAdams, Elizabeth Moss, and Taylor Kitsch.
‘True Detective’ is likely to return next summer, so hold out until then.
