Blogger Emily Schuman has more on her plate than just cupcakes nowadays. The founder of the popular blog Cupcakes and Cashmere launched her own clothing line.
Her first wave of the 60 piece collection is available at Nordstroms and Shopbop. But you better hurry up because it is selling fast. There are two more releases to come, so there is more to look forward to. The official name of the line is that of the blog, Cupcakes and Cashmere.
Emily wrote on her blog: “The attention to refined tailoring, quality materials and universally wearable pieces surpassed my expectations.”
The line has a classic cute feel. With simple stripes and colors, these pieces are versatile. There is a fun black and white floral dress and a tweed blazer. Pieces are priced between $100 and $200 a pop.
The clothes have received positive feedback except for the fact that there are no plus sizes. Bottoms range from size 0 to 8 and everything else is XS to L. Emily promised more sizes for future collections.
