Dancing Naked Through the Streets of Los Angeles

Just in time for National Nude Day, VH1 released a video from their upcoming series ‘Dating Naked.’

The series is just as it sounds. It pairs two strangers on a date, but the only catch is they have to go on the date naked. While it may seem nerve-wracking, there are some perks to this concept. One, you don’t have to spend money on a nice outfit to impress your date. Two, if you have the ability to feel confident with someone in your own body in broad daylight, dancing through the streets of Los Angeles, you will be confident and comfortable doing anything with that person. What a way to bond!

In the video, it seems to be a naked flash mob, but is composed by naked professional dancers. One couple struts down the Los Angeles street, stripping and gathering whistles and stares as they go. Not phased by either, the couple continues to dance and switches out with another couple.

You cannot help but smile at this video. Not only does it take a lot of confidence to be able to be comfortable naked in front of another person, but these people are dancing in the street naked. Not many people can say they could dance down the street naked with people watching, whistling and taking pictures.

One of the best part of the video is that the people on the streets seem totally confused by the people weaving in and out of crowds, doing the salsa, naked.

‘Dating Naked’ premieres this Thursday, July 17th, at 8 P.M. On VH1.
