Scrolling through the Twitter timeline, something that constantly seemed to appear was people questioning how this song could have possibly made it to the radio. This struck my curiosity as I have a fascination for bad movies, songs, and television shows. I like to watch and listen, so I have something to complain about in case I ever happen to run out.
The first thing that came to mind after listening to the song was: why are we so scared to be alone? So many people jump from relationship to relationship, often staying with someone who makes them unhappy, or with someone they know is clearly below them. Why are we settling? Are we that scared of ending up alone, and if we’re so willing to settle, would being alone be such a bad thing, after all?
