While that may sound easier said than done, blocking out your day will help you avoid unexpected obligations that you may have forgotten about. Nothing’s worse than remembering you had a meeting at 4:00; the same time you scheduled your dog’s vet appointment for. Plan, plan, plan. You don’t want anything to creep up on you.
