This past Friday night Frame and Karlie Kloss celebrated their new ad campaign for Frame’s denim line at the Empire Diner in New York City. The difference being that for the evening the diner was known as Karlie’s Diner with Karlie Shakes and Karlie Fries, along with other food. This will be the third time Frame and Kloss will have worked together on an ad campaign for Frame’s Denim. Kloss and Frame’s collaboration started in May 2012, and began when the co-founders and Kloss had dinner, discussing the perfect fit jeans for Kloss. Finding jeans is a difficult task for every woman, but being that tall it must be almost impossible.
The line of denim is called “Forever Karlie” since they made the jeans to fit her frame. This year’s ad campaign has a more relaxed jean. It has a lighter wash and is flared to go with the seventies trend. Along with Karlie’s jeans there will also be a “Le Petit Ami” and a boyfriend jean in the pre-fall season. The ad campaign will only take place on social media.
According to WWD “Forever Karlie” can be found in “Barneys New York, Bergdorf Goodman, Jeffrey NY, Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Nordstrom and Net-a-Porter.” They will cost between $220 to $250.
