The Frye company gives you a personal insight on diligent craftsmanship with their “Meet Our Makers” series on Instagram.
Frye has been making durable and stylish shoes since 1853 when John A. Fyre opened his first shop in Massachusetts.
The videos show many of their crafters in work which will be posted every Tuesday and Thursday for 10 weeks. These one of a kind videos are shot by videographer Kevin Lu with just an iPhone.
In the short fifteen-second video you will see New York craftspeople known for their handcrafting. Root & Bone squad are culinary geniuses and have a featured Instagram video as well as woodworker Arielle Alasko, known for making furniture with recycled woods.
