Gatorade | Made in New York ft. Derek Jeter

The black and white footage intertwined with Frank Sinatra’s ‘My Way’ strikes an emotional chord as it plays in the background of Gatorade’s latest commercial. Celebrated short stop of the New York Yankees Derek Jeter is featured walking down River Avenue in the Bronx interacting with fans. He greets fans of all ages and visits famous Yankee fan bar Stan’s to sign a photo of a younger version of himself hanging on the bar. A man says to Jeter, “We’ve been waiting for you to come in here since ’98!” Jeter’s clever response was, “You never invited me.” We say farewell as he finishes his 20th and final season playing in the MLB.
