Looking dapper as usual, actor George Clooney was the main attraction at “Le Jardin Secret.” The gala dinner was hosted by Omega on Friday night, June 6th, and took place in Shanghai.
Designed to highlight Omega’s Aqua Terra collection exclusively for VIP Chinese consumers, as well as local and international media, the gathering took place among the most beautiful gardens in Shanghai’s French Concession area, where guests were able to indulge in small acts of performance by the one and only, George Clooney.
The night consisted of caviar, veal, and lobster dinners, accompanied by Veuve Clicquot, and musical entertainment by Owlle, a French Electropop artist. Clooney answered questions from the emcee, and followed by recognizing and commending Omega, and their union with charity partner, Orbis, the flying eye hospital that has become one of the most innovative and useful tools to help prevent blindness.
The main event of the night, however, was Clooney’s performance and dance with a young girl who worked with Orbis. She shamelessly egged on the actor, saying she wouldn’t “like” him unless he danced with her. Imagine saying THAT to George Clooney!
