Last semester, that advanced-level Statistics class may have seemed like a good idea, but now you may be questioning it. Maybe you think that you can’t handle the work load, or you’re worried that you don’t understand the material, but you can get through it. Here’s the best ways to handle a really tough class.
1. Know that it’s not forever
The end of the semester is still months away, but the fact is, this class isn’t infinate. There is an end, even if you think it’s not in sight. Mark the last day of class on your calendar, and count backwards. Sometimes something will be more manageable if you have a countdown to when it stops. The next time you feel like you can’t make it through, all you have to do is check your calendar and say, “I’m already 30% done.” It will fly by before you know it.
