This is perfect news for the week of Halloween: Syfy has renewed two of their recognized unscripted series, Ghost Hunters and Paranormal Witness. The new seasons, which will air next year, will have 13 episodes each. These are two long running shows, as Ghost Hunters will be heading into it’s 10th season and Paranormal Witness will be heading into it’s fourth season.
The senior VP of alternative series development and production said in a statement,
“We couldn’t be more excited about entering a brand new decade of paranormal investigations with Jason Hawes, a refreshed TAPS team and Ghost Hunters” Heather Olander continued, “We also eagerly anticipate the return of a revitalized and scarier than ever Paranormal Witness: True Terror,’ which features shocking firsthand accounts of truly frightening and skin-crawling supernatural experiences – including the real-life story of the hit movie, ‘The Conjuring.’ ”
