Hilary Duff was a prominent Disney child star on the hit show Lizzie McGuire. She grew up to have a decent career in film and music with films like The Lizzie McGuire Movie, Raise Your Voice, Cheaper by the Dozen and many more. Her music career wasn’t too shabby either with hits like With Love, So Yesterday and Girl Can Rock, amongst others.
The child star managed to build herself a good business with perfumes as well. However, it has been eight years since Duff has released anything new to the entertainment scene.
After her divorce with Mike Comrie, she has been spending most of her time with her son Luca Cruz Comrie. However, she is ready to get back on track with her music career with her new album “Breath In, Breathe Out.”
Duff says,
“I feel like it was a big growing process. It took a lot to find myself in the studio again. I’m an adult now and I was a kid before. It’s something that really helps me and I think we all should remember to make all of those breaths count, through the good times and the bad times. Everything on the record I connect to, whether I wrote it or I didn’t, it grabbed me in a certain way and I wanted to tell the stories.”
Apparently, the album will also feature songs in collaboration with Ed Sheeran.
