The 24 year old recently split from long time boyfriend Nicholas Holt and has treated herself the best rebound gift of all, a 7 million dollar home. The mansion comes complete with 5 bedrooms, a gym, 5.5 bathrooms and a pool. Perfect for hosting a boisterous Hollywood party or an intimate garden get-together just for friends. This stunning home is located in the private Estate of Hidden Hills. Its previous owner was singer Jessica Simpson, who bought it after her split from Nick Lacey. Its 5,500 square feet and nestled amongst trees, offering a touch of privacy. Its outdoor features include a koi pond, floral trellises and a stone courtyard.
The interior was designed by Rachel Ashwell of Shabby Chic Couture and comes with, ‘‘Ebonised hardwood floors and fabulous crown and base mouldings’.
