J. Crew has collaborated with Vans Authentic to start selling shoes for women and men. According to the J. Crew website, “we partnered with the trend-setting company to recreate its famous lace-up sneakers to our exact specifications.” These shoes come in all different styles and patterns, are available online and in stores. This is a change in style for J. Crew which is known for its preppy style. The sneakers range from $35-$60, and are unisex. While most of the colors are basic, they also have tie-dye and metallic. The styles they have range from canvas, classic, and boots, to leather shoes. Besides slip-ons, they are also selling Chukkas. They only come in two different colors so far, and J. Crew promises they will become the most comfortable boots that you own. This is not the first time that J. Crew has collaborated with a shoe company, as they currently still have a relationship with New Balance. Some of the styles have already sold out, but there is still a wide variety to choose from. Since they are unisex, J. Crew advises women to select a size and a half down from their regular size, to ensure they get the right fitting shoe.
