  2. Use the roller to make upward movements with light pressure on your neck.
  3. Continue with the massage from the jaw to the ear on both sides of the face. And transfer the massage to the cheekbones, starting from the nose and moving it towards the hair.
  4. You go to the front, making upward movements from the middle to the temples.
