Often seeking an eclectic look in each of his collections, the pieces were heavily designed in a way that took advantage of geometric shapes, playful prints, and creating a new look out of an old, traditional garment. For example, a simple evening dress was slashed up and recreated as an apron, or stitched over a tee shirt dress.
Daises and paint splatters made up the main design of a romper, and were lightly printed on a once casual, business like jacket, to liven up the seriousness of the piece. One of the most stand out pieces includes a flowing, silk dress that is short in the front and long in the back, with an angular shaped belt to tone down the Egyptian hieroglyphics print flowing throughout the piece, making it loud, bold, and chic all at the same time.
