Actress Jennifer Aniston got an amazing opportunity to wear nothing but scar makeup in her upcoming film ‘Cake’.
She recently told Deadlines “Contenders” Panel that going make free “was so fabulous and so dreamy and empowering and liberating. The only time I had to sit in the make up chair was just for scars.”
“When I read the script, I was ready to disappear into it. It was so empowering a liberating just to put scars on my face.”
Her character Claire Simmons wears a scar on her face. Claire is in a recovery group for people experience chronic pain. She was in an accident or some type of trauma and the visible scar is a marking of her pain. The movie is directed by Daniel Barnz and also stars Anna Kendrick, Sam Worthington, Felicity Huffman and William H Macey.
