Kate Moss does it all! She is an iconic supermodel, fashion designer for Top Shop, where she just launched her 15th collection for the store, and now beauty designer for Rimmel London.
Moss’ first eye-collection collaboration is titled: ‘Idol Eyes.’ The collection will feature four looks: Kate’s Boho Look, Hippy Deluxe look, Summer Rock Look and The Gig Look.
British fashion illustrator, Hayden Williams, was given the task to bring these looks to life on paper. Key colors in the collection include: Electric Sapphire, Deep Amethyst, Eye Rock, Jet Black, Turquoise, and Rose Gold. The color choices, as described by Moss, are inspired by her favorite gem stones and jewels. They represent an earthy pattern to complement her bohemian inspired clothes within her Top shop collection.
Kate is not like many other celebrities who claim to have created a collection with a major brand, but merely just put their name and face on an already existing collection. Kate and Hayden worked closely to determine which colors and styles worked best for her and the line.
Kate is a fan of the eye shadow stick, because it is a perfect eyeliner. It is more of a crayon than a thin pencil. It serves for easy application and a powerful color to make your eyes really pop.
