The industry is pleased with a new dynamic duo that’s in route to discover a new fashionista. Keaton Row has partnered up with Marie Claire to find a stylist who has what it takes to be worthy of the Marie Claire Master Stylist title, according to Fashion Week Daily.
Cheryl Han and Elenor Mak jumpstarted the Keaton Row website in 2013, an online program that allows shoppers to access a stylist who will pick out an outfit from the site for their personal use. Fashion Week Daily reported that the two companies have now joined to carry out the Marie Claire Masters of Style Program, which entails an intense competition between the top Keaton Row stylists. The prize? Further mentoring and tips from the Marie Claire experts and beneficial media spreads.
Courtney Weinblatt, the magazine’s market director, is set to head a training session for the chosen stylists in order to prepare them for the contest. Once the training is done, Weinblatt and Keaton Row’s style editor, Katie Freedman, will unleash the styling challenge to determine the winner.
“Each Marie Claire Master Stylist is vetted by the fashion teams at Keaton Row & Marie Claire and have demonstrated an exceptional level of styling ability and client service. These Stylists proudly share this badge on their personal stylist websites,” according to the Keaton Row blog.
The Marie Claire Master Stylists are top notch – the best of the best. A little friendly competition never hurt anyone, after all.

I wish someone would have a styling competition for freelance stylist.
