It seems like Kim Kardashian, 33, is taking after new husband Kanye West, 37, in her plans to launch a music career. This isn’t the first time Kim’s ventured into the music realm. Back in 2011 the starlette made her single entitled “Jam (Turn it Up)”. Unfortunately, the song turned out to be a complete disaster. At least it was for charity though. All proceeds went to St. Jude’s Children’s hospital.
According to the British tabloid The Sun, Kim K. wants to give the music gig another go, but more seriously this time. Apparently, Kanye has offered to help her in this pursuit, acting as her vocal coach and guiding her on songwriting. The Sun source told the newspaper, “Kim has told pals she’s keen to be taken seriously as a vocal artist. Kanye will advise on the project, which he’s given his full backing. She’s started vocal coaching and songwriting lessons and set up meetings with record companies.”
Nevertheless, this rumor lacks sufficient evidence so it quite possibly is not true. That would make sense with consideration of Kim’s reaction to her failed song in 2012, as she declared, “No, I’d never (make another single), that was just for fun, and for charity.”
