Out of ideas for a Mother’s Day gift? Take her on a Kylie spree.
If Kylie’s lip kits weren’t enough for you, now you can add her mother Kris to your collection. Kris Jenner’s new makeup collection via her daughter’s popularized brand, dubbed “Kris Cosmetics”, is dropping this Mother’s Day (May 13th) on KylieCosmetics.com.
According to some Twitter and Instagram sneak peeks, the collection will feature a pressed powder eyeshadow palette with stunning shades of rich plums, sparkling champagnes, and matte black. But the colors have nothing on some of these hilarious names, inspired by some of the mother’s most infamous one-liners from Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

The supermom even “hacked” Kylie’s Instagram account, changing its name to @kriscosmetics, for the promo of her upcoming collection. A temporary takeover, but a good enough reminder to never underestimate your momager, with these enigmatic Pretty Little Liars-esque videos:
It’s a smart marketing move; OG Kylie Cosmetics fans are hyped up and completely ready for the weekend drop. This Mother’s Day ought to be fun for both moms and daughters.
Bold lippies are also apparently underway, rocked by Mama Kris. The featured color is “That’s Wild”, a gorgeous matte red from her “Momager mini lip Kollection.” The collection will clearly be loaded with Kardashian-original vocab–talk about making your own dictionary.
But best of all? A highlighter shade called “Your Sister’s Going to Jail” takes the cake for funniest name in the entire collection. Classic Kardashians; Moms will definitely be thrilled to see that on their palettes.
More good news for those of you in San Francisco: Kylie Cosmetics will be having a pop-up on Friday, May 18th, just a few days after its Kris Jenner Collection launch.
My own mom would certainly think some of these names are out there, but what can we say? Extra runs in the family. As in the words of Mama Gothel, mother knows best. The resemblance is even there, look:
