LeAnn Rimes and husband Eddie Cibrian have started a new reality TV show that’s causing some dispute from the public eye. The two stars began their relationship on hush-hush terms – they were both still married to other people when they fell in love. Since the scandalous reveal, Rimes and Cibrian have been unwillingly glued to the paparazzi. Now, however, they have decided to welcome the cameras into their home and give the world a taste of their daily life.
The trailer to the VH1 show “LeAnn and Eddie” recently hit the Internet, causing some to think twice about watching it. The short clip starts off with Rimes and Cibrian making their affair seem lighthearted, saying, “We were both married to other people when we fell in love. Was it the best way to start off? Of course not, but it happened,” Cibrian stated. Critics attacked the unapologetic nature of his speech, according to The Christian Post.
The couple even goes further to joke about Cibrian’s ex-wife, Brandi Glanville, in multiple other occasions. “Contrary to what some people think—ahem, my ex-wife—I actually do work,” said Cibrian. Fox News also reports Rimes’s undermining of Glanville through her snide remark about the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star having a drinking problem.
Glanville has yet to make a public reply to the television outrage, which has presented itself as a pleasant surprise. There’s no telling where the TV show will go next – or to what extent – but the media gurus are preparing themselves for another barbarity come its premiere on July 17.
