1. Will it matter a week from now?
Determine the seriousness of whatever it is that has your bloomers in a bunch to see if it’ll even matter tomorrow, next week, or next month. Guarantee that you won’t even remember why you were upset a year later. If something is so small that when a week goes by you have to rack your brain to remember what it was, it was never that serious to begin with. If this is the case, you can learn to let it go.
