There is more great news for ‘The Hunger Games’ fans as it’s been revealed the Lorde will be curating the soundtrack for the upcoming ‘Mockingjay’ film. The singer released the news herself through her Tumblr.
Lorde is not only a great singer, she’s an awesome songwriter as she wrote the first single for the film’s soundtrack. If you’re a huge fan of the teen singer, you’ll probably be more excited to know that she’ll be picking the all the artists that’ll appear on the soundtrack.
On her Tumblr Lorde stated, “to be at the helm of a project like this is easily the most responsibility I’ve ever had, and to me, that says something kind of amazing about the way the world is changing – a globally successful film franchise is allowing a teenager to run their shit. we are opening doors, we are moving walls. this makes me so insanely happy.”
