Love with Food, like many other subscription boxes, sends items of value to customers. If you can tell by the name, that item is food. Their motto being, “Snack Smart. Do Good.”
The brand is comparable to Nature Box, although Love with Food, offers more competitive rates, and more snacks. Another perk to Love with Food, is that they also send meals to “food banks such as the Feeding America Network and Share our Strength – No Kid Hungry.” These banks help provide children with food who are in need.
The products don’t include artificial flavoring, trans fats, hydrogenated oils, high fructose corn syrup, and are all natural snacks. There are two subscriptions, $10 a month and the other $20. The $10 subscription provides you with eight different snacks to try and the $20 subscription provides between 16-20 snacks. Both subscriptions come with free shipping.
Love with Food, also has a separate shop where they sell full sized items that customers can purchase even if they haven’t tried a sample of it in their subscription. Some of the brands associated with the company are Thoughtful Food, Sensible Foods, and Chimes.
So far the company has raised $1.4 million, which means the company has raised over $2 million towards helping feed hungry children. The company has been able to donate 255,787 meals through the Our Love With Food Community.
According to World News, some of the investors that made this goal possible are, “Kapor Capital, 500 Startups, TEEC Angel Fund, Angel List Syndicate led by Yun-Fang Juan, Ironfire Capital, Scrum Ventures, Tom Peterson of El Dorado Ventures, and Talmadge O’Neill of Juvo Capital.”
The CEO of Love with Food Aihui Ong explained that funding would only help the company continue to grow. There is still time to sign up for a July box, if you’re interested, go to Lovewithfood.com and place your order.
