A woman doesn’t want to hear that she looks tired. She already knows how she feels, and your saying she appears exhausted isn’t helping her recovery speed. Lack of sleep is all too common these days, and it’s becoming more difficult to hide the repercussions. Well, ladies, next time that long night’s rest turns into a short cat nap, use these makeup tricks so that no one murmurs those aggravating words.
Cut Concealer
Don’t try to make up for the lack of sleep with more concealer. Caking on concealer of just any shade will actually draw attention to those dark circles. Concealer can often times make the eyes appear more dry and weary if done with the wrong color or with too much product.
Curl Lashes
Making the lashes point upward will open up the eyes and makes them appear less droopy. Clasping the curler once across the lashes, once in the middle and once at the end will produce the best curl. The wider the eyes appear, the less tired one will seem – thank goodness!

Double Up Eyeliner
Laying eyeliner with two different colors will work wonders for the eyes. Using one darker color and one brighter color will offset the dark shadows under the eyes. As a result, the eyes will appear larger and more vibrant.

Lift Brows
The key is to draw direct attention to the brows. Filling in the eyebrows with a darker color in an upward, arched form will make the eyes appear more lifted. This way, everyone will be admiring those perfectly poised eyebrows and not those puffy, dark circles.
