Le Bain, 18th Floor of The Standard, High Line
Two words. Hot. Tub. This Meatpacking District hotspot has a penthouse club featuring a plunge-worthy hot tub, open to its dance floor of discotheque club goers. Make sure to take in its panoramic views on the ‘grass’ rooftop, which did we mention? Has another pair of hot tubs. While the drinks are slightly overpriced, you’re paying for the view (seriously, even the bathrooms overlook the skyline). Yelp informs us ‘20-somethings give this spot props.’ Count us in and remember to bring your bathing suit.

Loopy Doopy, 16th Floor of Conrad New York Hotel
Relive the glories of being a child at this rooftop venue of Battery Park. Well, sort of. You can overlook wondrous views of the Hudson, Statue of Liberty and the New York Harbor as you enjoy a popsicle…and a prosecco. Loopy Doopy is known for a combo of the two, as their varying flavors of prosecco are the dipping grounds of one flavorful popsicle stick. At $22 a pop (literally) you’re paying for much more than a glass of wine. You’re paying for the view of Lower Manhattan and the joy of a transient, yet youthful getaway.

Happy #nationalroseday! Our ROSEcco & Ice Pops are waiting for you at #loopydoopybar.

Mr. Purple, 15th Floor of Hotel Indigo
As a colorful duo, Hotel Indigo features its rooftop bar, Mr. Purple. While slight controversy surrounds the origins of the namesake, it hasn’t stopped the influx of visitors to the poolside perch. As a popular event venue, Mr. Purple hosts morning rooftop yoga sessions as well as being the runway for Lily Pulitzer’s new resort line. So, sit down and relax as you overlook a sublime Lower East Side view.

La Birreria, Rooftop of Eataly
La Birreria is Eataly’s very own rooftop microbrewery, offering quality craft beer with a skyline view. Unique to La Birreria is their seasonal menus. Each season they offer a pop-up restaurant a gig at their rooftop venue. This summer? Sabbia. And Eataly’s website is telling us to ‘think: cabanas’. Fingers crossed the cabana boys are included!

Rare View Rooftop Chelsea, 23rd Floor of Hilton NY Fashion District Hotel
This rooftop offers 360-degree views for all 52 weeks of the year. That’s primetime stargazing. With views of the Freedom Tower, Met Life Building and even the Empire State Building, his rooftop is an Instagrammer’s dream. Featuring drinks named ‘Swipe Right’ and ‘Legs for Days’, is sure going to be a good time too – especially for all you Tinder lovers. A Yelp-approved ‘moderate’ price range, there’s nothing stopping you from swiping right all night long!

PHD Rooftop Lounge, Dream Downtown Hotel
Lap in luxury at this popular nighttime venue. PHD’s rooftop lounge stops at no cost with decor as crystal chandeliers dangle from the ceiling, refracting their rays upon the marble beneath. Views. This rooftop lounge has some of the most surreal views overlooking Manhattan. With the city at your feet, splurge on the bottle service and you’ll definitely be living the high life at this rooftop venue.

230 Fifth
While hard to keep the numbers straight in this rooftop’s namesake, the 230 terrace offers the largest rooftop garden in Manhattan. The venue is said to host Manhattan’s elite, a very gossip girl-esque rooftop. With spectacular views of Midtown and endless foliage, outdoors drinking has never felt so natural in the concrete jungle. Even during the colder nights, 230 provides its guests with heaters and red robes. And of course, there are the igloos. Yes, igloos. These clear, bubble-like structures are structured on the rooftop lounge during the winter months to allow its guests a serene greenhouse environment. Come summer or winter, 230 Fifth is sure to be a hotspot!
