For years, it was all about the voluptuous lips with Angelina Jolie’s famous mouth gracing magazine covers. But today it is all about the maximized lashes. Maxi lashes were the focal point backstage at the Autumn/Winter 2014 when it came to makeup, and the discussion does not include the modern day lash enhancers or fake lashes, it is simply the mascara.
Make-up artist Terry Barber, explained to Vogue’s beauty and health editor, Jessica Diner, in the tutorial video how amped-up lashes and a twist on the smoky eye both took the focus firmly away from lips for the new season.
