Meet the Typewriter Poet

Instagram is flooded with pictures of your friends lunches, selfies, and outfit of the day posts. Usually, we just scroll through all of this without giving it a second thought. However, there’s one Instagram page that will stop you in your tracks and send chills up your spine. It’s none other than the typewriter poet, Tyler Knott Greggson (@tylerknott).
Tyler is a poet, photographer, and over rall lover of life. His words convey the beauty of the little things in life, that are often overlooked by our busy eyes. The different thing about him compared to some other poets, is that his words don’t echo loneliness and feelings of hopelessness. He doesn’t write about negativity, or searching for feeling at the bottom of the bottle. His words inspire you to feel the uncomfortable. Whether your hiding from loss or deep love, his poems will force you to feel it. Not in a sense that you’re in pain, but cleansed. We need to feel to feel alive. Feeling is a beautiful gift, that we too often do not take advantage of.
