Costume Institute has China on their mind. As the Costume Institute’s gala comes to an end and its “Charles James” exhibition ready to go, the organizers of the event are now looking to broaden their horizons – towards the East!
While the fall exhibition as not yet been planned, the Spring one has! Rumored to be China themed, the new plans for this Spring 2015 Asian themed exhibit are so early in its organization and preparation process, that there are no commitments from designers or sponsors so far.
However, like the Met’s other galas, this China-inspired exhibit will, of course, be nothing short of amazing!
